(IMPLICATIONS: Had it been proven that Kenniwick man is
Caucasion, Native Americans feared they could lose their treaty rights. While this would have been an abomination, considering our history and treatment of Native Americans this would certainly come as no surprise. Since the case was settled in their favor this bit of history is now, unfortunately, lost to us. Politics wins again...this was a lose /lose situation. **Web Master's Opinion**)
